Fr. James Thyrniang, SDB, is a Salesian priest experienced in social development, education, project management, and youth empowerment. He has held several leadership and governance roles in educational and development institutions. He currently serves as Executive Director-cum-Secretary of BIDS, overseeing projects, finance, skills, livelihoods, and community development.
Assistant Executive Director
Br. Bosco Ekka serves is In-charge of the Rilang After Care programme, supporting young people in their journey towards independence and well-being. He also serves as a consultant to the PDO and is associated with the Department of Psychology at St. Anthony’s College, contributing to education, guidance, and community development.

Has experience in recruitment, people management, employee engagement, training and development, and organisational processes. Her professional journey reflects a strong interest in working with people and creating positive, productive environments where individuals can learn, grow and contribute.
