The January–March 2026 issue of Development Pathways highlights BIDS’ continued efforts towards education, child protection, youth development, women’s empowerment, livelihoods, and sustainable farming. The quarter saw meaningful progress through school development initiatives, child rights awareness programmes, entrepreneurship sessions, and livelihood training. Women and community groups were supported through SHG strengthening, financial inclusion, skill development, and income-generating opportunities. Sustainable agriculture initiatives equipped farmers with practical knowledge, seeds, organic farming techniques, and improved access to resources. Together, these initiatives reflect BIDS’ commitment to empowering communities, creating opportunities, and building pathways towards a more confident and sustainable future.

The quarter saw progress in strengthening quality education, creative learning, school gardens, and community participation across schools. NRLM initiatives supported women through Self Help Groups, financial inclusion, health awareness, and livelihood development. Farmers were supported through sustainable agriculture, market linkages, orchard development, vermicomposting, and the formation of a Farmer Producer Organisation.
